Withdrawal Conditions

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your 99obd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless the wagering requirements have already been met in full.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability
99obd endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Odds and Game Outcomes
All sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. In the event that a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error, 99obd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. Entire Agreement
